School

The high school season of life is a complicated time of discovery and excitement but also confusion and perhaps even fear. With change as the only constant, the natural tendency can be to retreat inward, be overwhelmed by it all, and avoid where possible.

AFC invites high school students to step up and live out their faith. Faith lived courageously means choosing to push through even when it’s difficult. It means breaking from the crowd, risking being unpopular, and speaking up for ‘the least of these’. Faith lived out is more than just talk, it turns words into actions.

Step Up!

High School Fellowships

Campus-specific community groups that meet on a regular basis. These gatherings create a space for students to explore faith in the context of their Chinese identity.

AFC Teens Conference

An annual gathering of high school students across the Greater Toronto Area for a time of learning, sharing, and community. It’s a chance for students to serve as leaders and volunteers; exploring and practicing their giftings. As participants, they connect with peers within the Chinese Church community, and are inspired to live out their faith with courage and confidence.
