About Jimmy

Jimmy is half Hong Konger and half Taiwanese. He tells people he grew up confused. Don't ask him how his parents dated because he doesn't know either. Toronto has been home all of his life. Though he loves to travel, he hasn't found another city quite like it with so many cultures represented.

Jimmy graduated from U of T where he joined Chinese Christian Fellowship and grew in his faith. After 10 years working as an engineer, God called him into ministry. He now serves as Technical Director for OMF Canada, an "Engineer in Ministry," just as God planned for his life.

His two greatest joys in life are raising the next generation and missions—even better when the two are integrated. He's looking forward to how this will shape him as a dad of two young kids.
