Campus challenge

Post Secondary

This year's theme...

Community is God’s way to unfold His plan on earth as it is in heaven. He has always called individuals and formed them into a people. We see this in the Old Testament as He called and formed the people of Israel, and in the New Testament as He reconfigured Israel to form a global community called the Church.

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.”

1 Peter 2:9

Living in community with one another is a whole new way of being. It challenges our individualistic and self-centred tendencies. But communities which are shaped by the gospel of Jesus Christ are communities that are marked by love and radical hospitality. They are both foreign and attractive to the surrounding culture. They are witnessing communities that give evidence of the presence of the resurrected Christ. This is God’s calling to ACF and CCF.

At Campus Challenge 2019, through the study of the First Letter of Peter, we will learn what it means for ACF and CCF to take on the identity of witnessing communities. And subsequently, we will be challenged to embrace our unique mission on campus.
