Each year over 60 adult volunteers sign up to be Coaches to journey alongside our student volunteers (Captains) as they prepare to lead their peers at the Conference. Coaches support and walk alongside the Captains as they prepare for bible studies, group activities, and prepare themselves spiritually.
Coaching provides a different lens to see what God is doing in and through this generation. They will have the opportunity to witness first-hand the transforming power of the Gospel in a short period of time.
Why should you serve as a TC Coach?
With hundreds of students from the GTA attending this conference, we need the help of Christian adults (aged 21+) who are actively growing in their faith to help, serve, support, disciple, and walk with these students.
What are the requirements to be a Coach
Coaches must attend at least one conference and can choose to attend both conferences. As the COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving, the format of TC is to-be-confirmed (i.e. online or in-person). AFC will be closely monitoring the situation and adhering to government health guidelines and protocols.
