In this session we are going to zoom out a little bit and think about some of the big questions. What am I passionate about? What are my talents? Where do I see need in the world? How do these impact what I want to study and how to choose a career? Some of you might know exactly what you are hoping to do, regardless this session will help you to start working towards an idea of vocation.

We will also explore practical ways in which you can actively grow in your faith and make it your own after you leave the four walls of your school/home. Come join us as we wrestle with why many leave their faith or become/stay lukewarm as they enter this next stage of their lives, and how we can ensure that does not happen to us.

Join us for an interactive and thought-provoking workshop exploring the intersection of Christianity, climate change, and social justice. During this session, you will learn what the Bible teaches about our responsibility to care for creation and explore how climate change has a disproportionate impact on the poor. We will then transition from theory into action! Transform your passion into action by learning practical steps on how to engage your church, friends, and family—mobilizing them to action in a hope-filled, Gospel-fueled way. You won’t want to miss it!

Does your story matter to God? Can your story have an impact in people's lives? Where do you even begin to share your story? Join us as we discover and learn how God can use you and your story to make a difference in your home, your school, your neighbourhood and beyond.

Live, Laugh, Lament - Making space for grief and God: What does it mean when Jesus says, "blessed are those who mourn"? What is the difference between grief and mourning? This workshop will look at different methods to process grief and look at how scripture gives us permission to experience our humanness in lament. This workshop will not just address death loss, but will acknowledge different forms of loss.

Grief Together - Learning to Companion: What do you say to a friend who is grieving? More importantly, what do you NOT say to a friend who is grieving? How does God invite us into the work of mourning with others? This workshop will look at how we can be blessed mourners as we journey with others in their grief.

This workshop will take an Canadian-Asian-Christian perspective on why we need to care about homelessness as part of God's Kingdom. It will provide a basic overview of why homelessness exists in the GTA, explore what the Bible has to say about homelessness and poverty, and challenge your thoughts on what you can do about it. This workshop will include a hands-on opportunity to pack and create Blessing Bags for individuals impacted by homelessness.

Exploring each other’s social styles and how we can interact with each other in a healthy and constructive way. Acknowledging each of our differences as it concerns social styles and how we can interact within them. This session will not just be sitting and listening, we will create an opportunity for participants to discover what their social style is and also build on how we can support each other, listen to each other, communicate with each other and show love to one another by understanding the 4 main social styles and how we function within them.

Is science a blessing for the Christian? Does science and the Christian faith go hand in hand? How do we handle some of the scientific claims that conflict with the teachings of the Bible? Does science prove or disprove God? Let us explore together this unique relationship between science and faith.

How do you live out your faith outside of church? What does it mean to live out your faith in your ordinary life? Join Act Five for some conversations and activities that will help to shape your imagination for what it means to live out your faith beyond church.

Gaming, social media and tech use. Are they good? Are they bad? How does faith insect with these activities? Who am I when I engage in these activities? How am I, or do I, glorify God when I do so? When does it become a problem? Come join our conversation on what this means for you.

What is Mental Health? Depression, Anxiety, Stress, and so much more. How are we to respond to mental health stereotypes and crises in our own lives? In the lives of our friends? How does it affect who I am? How does this relate to my faith? God Cares.

How do you be a Christian outside of church? The answer to that question depends on what you believe makes someone Christian. Is a Christian someone who calls themselves a Christian? Someone who believes that God exists? Someone who does more good things than bad? In this workshop we will explore what it means to be Christian, as well as some practical tools for living our faith out everyday!

What if you took some time to discover who Christ made you to be? Understanding your spiritual gifts can empower you and give you confidence in life. When you know what you can do through His power you can change His world! Join others as we dive into scripture and understanding of Spiritual gifts.

Are you a creative individual? Have you thought about how you can glorify God in the arts? Join us as we dive into the history of the visual arts in Christianity and the various responses the church has had to culture. We will look into the original creative Creator, who made us in His image, and the courageous calling for us to create beauty in this world of ugliness and boringness.

Can God use me in my highschool? Taking on the opportunity to make God known in my school, where do I begin? How can I be a witness with my faith? Let's see how we can make this possible together. What are some opportunities for applying our TC theme this year right where God's placed us?
